Full-Time Banquet & Events Manager  
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Marketing preferred. 2 to 3 years’ experience in banquet planning, sales forecasting, menu planning and development skills. Plans and coordinates the Club’s Special Events and all food and beverage needs for club-wide and departmental functions.  Meets with members and non-members for Private Party bookings.  Manages all aspects of events from inception to billing to assure member and guest satisfaction through proper food and beverage service and presentation.  Maximize the club’s profitability from private functions.   Full benefits including medical, dental, vision (after 90 days of continuous employment, 410k, employee meals, educational assistance, vacation and more available, Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Full- Time Personal Trainer

The Moorings Club features a state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot fitness center overlooking the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. A private Club offers applicants the ability to train members in a pristine and well equipped environment. The successful applicant will be asked to take over an existing personal training client book, and work to encourage additional member trainings. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience, Personal Training Certification through an accredited agency, AED and CPR certifications, ability to instruct participants on the usage of all equipment with safe and proper techniques. Must be comfortable with clients of all ages and health conditions. Fitness programs include: cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility, balance and weight-loss in a one-on-one training session. Servers
Full and Part-Time Servers and Server Assistants are needed for seasonal positions in both our casual and fine dining outlets. The successful applicants will have a high standard of appearance, hospitality, and ensure the dining rooms are prepared and set to create the ultimate member experience. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year food and beverage experience; at least age 18, prior club experience or fine dining experience helpful; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work evenings, week-ends and holidays.

Bussers
Full and Part-Time Bussers are needed for seasonal positions in both our casual and fine dining outlets. Job responsibilities include:  setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year food and beverage experience; at least age 16; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, prior club experience or fine dining experience helpful; ability to work evenings, week-ends and holidays.

Hostesses
Full and Part-Time Hostesses are needed for seasonal positions in both our causal and fine dining outlets. Successful applicants will be friendly, outgoing, organized and have the ability to manage all aspects of member relations in a fast paced restaurant setting. Minimum Qualifications: Prior experience as a hostess or receptionist; at least age 16; ability to work evenings, week-ends and holidays.      

Groundskeepers
 
Full and Part-Time positions are available at our Hawk’s Nest Golf Course, located on Vero Beach’s mainland. This par 72 championship course is a golfers dream, and we seek dedicated, hardworking individuals to maintain perfect course conditions for our members. Minimum Qualifications: Prior golf course maintenance or lawn service experience preferred. Medium Work: Must be able to exert/lift 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally and 10-25lbs. of force frequently and up to 10 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis to move objects. Heavy Work: Must be able to exert and lift 100 lbs. of force occasionally and in excess of 50 lbs. of force frequently and in excess of 20 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis to move objects.
